I have auto & general comprehensive cover which i was happy with. few days later a man called me that about an added product for Tyres, Rim & Accidental cover, i did not even finish the conversation with this man and told him i am not interested. to my suprise, a week later i received a letter congratulating me on joing their so called new family. i called them about this matter and how unhappy i am that they would activate a product on my name that i did not agree to. i had requested that i need this man to be dealt with accondinly as He is representing their brand. i also tole them that i dont want any other debit order except for the comprehensive cover. The manager promised that he will send confirmation that the debit order has been cancelled and give me feedback of the outcome of their invetigation. to my suprise, the 2 separate debit orders went through which cause some of my other bedit orders to bounce back due to insufficient funds. i had to call once again for my refund and also demanded refund for the bank charges i had incured. i canceled my comprehensive cover because if auto & gen is not trustworthy now, how can i trust them when i have to claim?
