FNB insurance has moved my insurance to Auto and General without me receiving a notification and approving this change. Furthermore they even changed my insurance premiums and the insured amount. The only way I found out about this was to reverse a debit order for an unknown amount and then to be called by Auto and general saying that my vehicle is not insured as it currently stands and then sold me a new policy which is a rip of. Auto and general also need to credit me for my R15 stop order fee which I was forced to action as they have debited my account with my consent.
