Account and money out of my ac

I am highly irritated. FNB apparently migrated a whole lot of their clients to Auto & Gen. I am one of the many clients that was never advised about this migration, both from FNB and Auto & Gen. I have phone Auto & Gen several times to request who authorised this on my part as i have not requested to have car insurance with them, they all tell me about the migration. I've signed no documentation with Auto & General, meaning this supposed account with them is. On the 1st Oct 2013, they tried R1071 from my account. I went to the bank to reverse this amount. I see yesterday they've tried to yet again from me, R381 to be exact. I would like to know will be responsible for these reversed debits on my account, as I have given them no permission to access my account, nor have I requested to have insurance cover with them. I have vehicle insurance with Santam, where Auto & Gen get the to from me is beyond me. They need to get rid of my details, esp banking details, so they can refrain from being tempted to from me. Also, I'd like to know who will be paying for my reversed amounts and the bounced debit order of yesterday?
