FNB - How rude can we be today??!!

On Sunday 3 February 2013, I decided to open an FNB Student account, purely because of all the benefits such a EBucks. Everything went smoothly, I just needed to bring in all my documentation within 30 days to activate the account.
On Monday 4 February 2013, I was in the bank at 9 o clock sharp, with ALL my documentation.
I went to a Teller (Cynthia) who helped me. She was helpful but she refused to take my proof of residence as it is in my mothers name and i am a student. I had a letter, affidavits by the police station, but not even this was enough. I have no other accounts that come to my residential address and she outright refused to take the utility bill because it is in the landlords name. There is no way of getting a declaration from the landlord because she doesnt live in Gauteng!! Surely there is another way for students to open an account as we are LODGERS and dont get utiltiy bills. The Manager, Roslyn, was called and she was just outright RUDE about the situation.
This is just a summary of what happened!!!
I have NEVER had such SHOCKING service!!
VERY UNHAPPY!!
Thank goodness the account never got opened!! with a start like this, who wants an FNB account!!!
