Unwilling to help - regardless of info on Website

Upgrade my savings account to an elite banking account after a recent salary
increase, when I went to the reception to see a consultant, she asked me for the following:
ID Book, Proof of residence and my latest payslip.
I handed these over to her, which she continued speaking to the person
standing at reception with her (Standard Bank employee) in their
language, which I might add is HIGHLY Rude! She told me they can't accept ANY of
the documentation I brought as proof of residence and I needed a
utility bill, I reside with my parents and they stay in a house, where they do not
pay electricity as it is part of a Job package for them! I tried to explain this to her and she was not interested, I needed a utility bill or a cell phone account bill. Anything that was sent to my home address monthly. Street deliveries are no longer happening in this area as I live on a plot!
I explained to her that as per the web site, I was able to use Car Insurance, short term insurance as proof of residence As the life insurance is not older than 3 months! Eventually after she just stared at me, without ANY possible solution!
