I applied for a loan on the 24/01/2013 which was approved but to date no cash has been received. Each time that I call and eventually get through to a living person I am told the matter is being escalated to the finance dept but still no joy. I have sent emails and requested numerous callbacks from customer care but hey are routinely ignored. All I want is for someone who knows what is happening to call me and explain. The service so far has been incredibly poor.
