Terrible Customer Service

I am a student so have no form of proof of residence. Got my dad to come with me to police station and get a letter certified that I reside with him. And that it will act as my proof or res. go into capitec to open an account, the doorman asks if he can assist. I tell him I want to open an acc. He asks to see my docs, tells me they do not accept affidavits. That I need my name on something or a family member I reside with must have a capitec acc (which is not the case) the whole time he kept repeating the same thing, so I walked out. I came back about 30min later with my boyfriend as he was on the phone to capitec customer service who said Sibusiso should have given me a declaration form for my dad to fill out. This was not done, Sibusiso, who might I add, claims to be in charge of the branch neglects to do so, and moves blame onto me saying I walked out. Yet instead of repeating himself, he could have kindly handed me a declaration form. He was rude, arrogant and in all honesty a!!! I will go to another branch of capitec as I can't even stand to look at his smug, arrogant face! For a manager / doorman, especially, his attitude was disgusting and unacceptable...
