Opening a cheque account

Phoned your call centre yesterday - what a pathetic under-trained agent!!! Need information for my domestic worker on what she needs to open an account (not permanent resident but has been given asylum seeker status and has valid passport). please can someone who KNOWS the requirements for this specific person to open an account email me the information. She lives with me but all utility bills are in my name. we need help on FICA and other documentation needed. I did receive the residence declaration form. Thank you
