Incorrect Information and Conflicting Instructions

I was told that my daughter had 2 change her Sum One Acc 2 a Student Achiever at the age of 16. After her 16th birthday in July 2013 my daughter & I went 2 StBnk Tygervalley Brch 2 open her Acc & was told that over & above her ID, my ID and my proof of residence (which we had with us) she needed a letter from the school stating that she is a student there. During the end of Jan 2014 I phoned the StBnk Call Centr 2 confirm what I needed 4 opening my daughters account as I did not want 2 b turned away again. I was told 2 bring her ID, my ID, my proof of residence (Utility bill). NOTHING was said about the letter from the school. I asked the lady about it and she had 2 check with her supervisor before she confirmed with me that indeed we need 2 take it with. On 5 Feb 2014 I went into the Brackenfell brch & was turned away because the utility bill I presented was insufficient (A Chemist Account in my name with my address on). I phoned the call center again and I was told that my chemist account is acceptable as long as it has my name and address on. Again NOTHING was said about the letter from the school. What the call center says and the branches say r 2 different things.
