I informed Miss Fullex on the 15th of september 2013 via mail that I will not take tihs policy up. *nb this was within the "cooling off" period stipulated within the contract. Discovery still continued debiting my account.
On the 4th Nov 2013 I called the call centre and they asked me to send yet another mail which I did confirming the cancellation yet again. Sivuyile mailed and said they would call back re cancellation and refund and they never did.
On the 3rd Jan 2014 I had to call yet again as you were still debiting my account!
I want my money refunded from inception as I have the entire email thread requesting cancellation.
Cooling off clauses are there for a reason!
