What don't you understand about I want to Cancel??

I have had various bad experiences with ADT therefore a cancellation email was sent on the 29-05-2013. They have continued to debit my account from then until now. After my email of 29-05-2013 I received a call from Thabane to follow up my mail. They offered me a reduction from R656-78 to R400-00 which I said I would reconsider if my problems were resolved. To date they have not be resolved. 11/09/2013 I contact ADT it's the same story and I land up with Thabane. I referred to our conversation on the 04/06/2013 and requested that he listen to the recording and he must not put words in my mouth. I clearly told him again I WANT TO CANCEL! I asked about my refund-he will organise. Asked him about radio-he will arrange to collect. Once again today I land up with him again, and we go in circles again. The voice recording I asked him to listen to can't be found. I requested to speak to someone higher, which was not possible. After advising I would add a comment to the thousands already on HP he said an email will be sent through to Ron Basdhew regarding my cancellation and refund. I asked to be cc but this can't be done as an internal mail. How do I get them to stop debiting my account?
