I'm so not happy with cell c not cancelling the cell c get it service that i agreed to and later cancelled, Arashad called me on the 23/07/2013 to fiind out reason of my cancellation and I told him I don't understand the product and he promised to send me an e-mail that will further explain the benefits of the product and decided to reinstate the service for me without my go ahead, I was surprised to see that I'm still getting more e-mails about the service and called again on the 01/08/2013 ref no for the call 6303995 to get it cancelled again and it was not, I don't think Cell C even has the recording of my cancellation as they said they have listened to the call and it's a valid sale, now money has been taken out of my bank account for nothing and because of the cancellation which was done late Cell C will still be debiting my account on the 01/09/2013, I spoke to Katlego on the 23/08/2013 and she promised to help me get a refund and said will call me back but I'm still waiting... Disgusted Client for sure.
