On the 1 October 2013 Discovery insure took the full premium of R 1584.22. Prior to taking the car and home insurance the salesman advised me to call discovery after the first premium went off to change my debit order to go off every 15th of the month from the 15th of November 2013. I was miss informed because Discovery insure tried debit my bank account again on the 15 October 2013 which would have being a double premium being taken from my account, WHICH I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT THIS!!! Once I had learnt about this mis-communication i called in and cancelled the policy with Discovery Insure, CANCELLATION REF NO: 3052888507. Suddenly I am debited again on the 30 October 2013 for R 1584.22 after I cancelled the policy. I want my money to be paid back into my bank account immediately.
