Debiting my account on a cancelled policy

On 28 April 2013 I took a Streetwise Mechanical Breakdown Policy with Street wise. I waited for the Policy schedule which I received via email on 11 May 2013 from Debbie Rally. I sent an email requesting the cancellation of the policy on the 13th of May which was 2 days after receiving the policy schedule. Bear in mind that the policy schedule contains this clause (Should you wish to cancel the policy, there is a 30 day cancellation period applicable. All cancellations must be done in writing).

Grand Palace / Street wise policy has been debiting my account monthly since May 2013. I have to request the bank every month to cancel the debits and stop them from debiting my account but since they are they are so clever each month they debit different values twice.

Stay away from this company. They are.
