I visited Makro store in Ottery a couple of times over the festive period; where I made purchases of great sums and also presented my ebucks card '' to go forward''. 2 days ago I made a query, and it was requested that I should provide my invoices, in which I did. So, I were asked again to provided the ebucks card in which I used for the purchases, and I did. I did get a speedy reply saying this: Good day Mr. Miles,

Please note that the card number provided was not activated or linked to your eBucks account which is why you did not earn eBucks. The card has now been activated in order for you to earn going forward. So I replied, If that was the case then how was it possible for me gain ebucks prior to that from other stores then? As always the conversation just ended.

I also informed Chantel Van Wyk that it states in my ebucks account when I log in online that my Qualifying Account is indeed my FNB Gold Cheque Account and it clearly shows me that it was/is Linked. What I made of it is that this person was just trying to run me off with the first thing that came to her mind, after all her delaying tactics in which she had tried.

eBucks service is poor, and unhealthy.
