I have cancelled my Life Policy within specified period and this was confirmed by Audrey (ref #2949683154) and Sanisha (ref#2949683154) but my account was incorrectly debited. I was told by Sanisha that a cancellation consultant would get back to me today and this still has not happened. This is the 6th incident with Discovery, as a whole, in many months and the reason I've canceled my previous policies with Discovery is due to disgusting service. Discovery Invest has (Mpho Raphulu and Annista Jordan) been giving me the run around regarding the refund on the bank charges i incurred due to Discovery's incompetence, now Discovery Life is debiting my account incorrectly. I'm not prepared to fill in ANY documents to request a refund, the same way you debited my account is the same way you WILL refund it, THIS WEEK! I've heard ALL your rehearsed apologies so please do not call, just do the right thing and refund what is NOT due to you!
