Unauthorized Debit

You guys keep on debiting money from my account though i have spoken to Roslyn to cancel this and she asked me to send a cancellation letter which was done a month ago, she called me to tell me they wont be able to cancel this now this behavior or unauthorized debits going off my account really get to my nerves, R172.00 was debited on the 15th and on the 22th Nov another R272.00 was debited. If this is not sorted out asap will have no option but to sort other means of putting closure to this. This has been going on for a while now and didn't even got money from you guys so i don't know why you keep on debiting since i don't owe you anything? Roslyn is really not helping at all.
