KILL THE WEAK FOR THE STRONG TO SURVIVE

My Nedbank small business account was debited for R21445.70 on the 28/01/2013 by nedbank (commitment fee). On my inquary they promised it will be reversed in the afternoon as it was an error by this Salim guy in Joburg which never happened. On the 30/01/2013 i called to check was happening, they promised it will be done by end of business, again nothing happened, on the 31/01/2013 i called again and was promised again it will be done in the afternoon which did't happen, so i din't have money to pay my employees. On the f01/02/2013 I went to my branch and was told my account manager is off. Today (04/02/20130) my employees didn't come to work, my shop is closed because of NEDBANK.I 'M now from the bank and they are telling me the afternoon story again. PLEASE HELP.
