Sunday morning a debit order of R1264 was debited from my account which wasn't suppose to as I am under debt review. I called standard bank monday morning and was given 6 different numbers to call and all the consultants I spoke to said no call this number for help. I don't know why they employed if they can't help and keep giving us the run around. I eventually got through to someone and he sent me an email monday morning. Saying for them to kindly assist I shoud respond with my id number or account number which I did right away. Its
I sent an email 2 days ago to query what's happening, its friday and I'm still waiting. The guys name was Thoko
Chauke. They don't let you know anything about how long it could take or how far the process is. But they quick to demand their money when they need it. We pay bank charges every month in order for them to help us and
Produce us with false information and advertising about how they will help you and make things easier. What a l
Load of bull. I will definatly be moving to FNB or Capitec banking because standard bank has failed to assist.
