I had a cheque account with nedbank that was in arrears of R2260.00 and on the 04/02/2013 i settled the account and ask that the account to be closed.

on the 13/02/2013 i called the legal department to verify if the account has been closed, only to find out the account is still active and was promised that the account will be closed immediately.

now it has been three weeks and the account is not closed, i spend my money to call nedbank and to make matter worse i still have a credit account with them of which i'm also considering of closing, i'm a paying client and i totally don't deserve such bad service from them.
