Stopping a debit order which is not my fault!

Hi, I am very upset, angry and disappointed with the way bridge loan is handling my query even though its not my fault. I do appreciate the service, I did apply in the 2week of January but they said the waiting period would be up to 2weeks which is not the purpose of a quick loan which is required urgently so i did call in on the 17/01/2013 to cancel my loan, the Lady by the name of Octivia took my call and assured me that it was cancelled despite me asking for proof which she could not produce because she said after cancelling my number wont be on the daatbase therefore she cannot sms me, I then receive a msg on 23/01/2012 telling me its approved and will be paid into my account, i did call bridge and spoke to them telling them that this now is not my fault, they convinces me to deposit the money back into their account so that they could cancel my debit order but now they are giving me another story!! I made the payment on friday and the lady called to confirm then she says that they not sure whether they can cancel my debit order because my funds will only reflect on Mday and that she will call me 2day but stil not receiv a single cal yet if i was owing they wud av caled
