I Why must I pay for Nedbank's mistakes

I told Nedbank not to debit my nedbank cheque account 2 months ago due to the fact that I was paying my vehicle finance account from another bank manually and I was up to date with my payments. Although they agreed to this they still debited my nedbank account. I was charged high fees due to the fact that there were no funds in my account. Nedbank reversed this fee and told me that they would not debit my account again. This month the same mistake has happened. I have been contacted by nedbank and they can confirm that my installments are up to date. Why do I keep getting my account debited after they accepted that my other bank account can be debited. I have been charged over R200 in fees due to a mistake on Nedbanks front. This is unacceptable and should be reversed due to the fact that nedbank messed up. They can reach me on [Email Removed]
