I am going to change banks as soon as I can, Nedbank service is! Nedbank personal loans debited my account R3028 on the 22 June 2013 when the debit order is set to go off on the last day of the month. When I called to query, the consultant could not even tell me the reason why this happened.
I have never missed one single payment on this account and dont understand why they would do this. The consultant promised to reverse this but until I got paid this was not done. This is a total huge inconvenience to me, and worse part is that this is not for the first time this happens. The same thing happened with my VAF as they debited my account 4 times in one month, and this happened two months ago.
I am tired of fighting with Nedbank, I will move my banking to another bank that takes their customers seriously, maybe Standard bank. I will also convince all my family members who have an account with Nedbank to change as I'm the one who convinced them to open one in the first place. Nedbank is the worst bank ever, their systems and they have no urgency for their customer's money.
