ACCOUNT QUERY

In November 2011 i took an Ipad contract with FNB and the installment was being deduct on a monthly basis. In 2012 i then opened a new account and when i went to collect my new card from the Carlswarld branch i informed the consultant to please make sure that the Ipad installment gets deducted on this new account, she then informed me that all was in order. Last year in November (2013) then got a call from some attorneys that i owe FNB -R1800 for the device. I then asked them to send me a price breakdown of how they got to that amount. Today, i then got a call from those attorneys again informing me that i now owe FNB R2600..In November 2013 the outstanding balance was R1800, now it is January 2014 and FNB is saying my outstanding balance is R2400..can FNB really explain to me how did they get to that amount meanwhile they are the onces who honestly never did their work.
