I took a loan from African bank via Bears furniture store of R6000, they have been debiting from my account for five months now but my installment has not gone down. End of November I was informed that my outstanding balance is R 5932.40 and today when I phoned to find out about my balance I'm told that my balance is now R 6274.00.00. They don't sent me monthly statements I have to inquire every month and I am told a different amount every time.
