In 2010--6-15 a garnishee of R448 was instituted against my salary by Myburgh and Jordan attorneys on behalf of African Bank, the outstanding balance was said to be R6902.75, I paid this amount and finished paying it in 2011-10-14. Later on African Bank informed me that there was still money outstanding and informed via sms on 2013-02-13 that an amount of R6 524 is outstanding on this account. Today I receive my payslip and Mayburgh and Jordan has instituted another garnishee order on the same account for the amount of R448 with an outstanding amount of R12 068.36.
Last year I had the same problem regarding the same account where african bank instructed another law firm to register a judgement and institute a garnishee order against me, the garnishee was stopped but I am still fighting to have the judgement removed against my name. please explain why this organization is reaping me off and making money out of me?
Do I need to lay a criminal charge of against African Bank and its agents?
