Loyal Customer Handed Over to Attorneys

I am very disappointed in a way in which Standard Bank has handled this situation. My Loan revolving account has been in arrears with 3 months with an amount of R1302.00. which i have funds available and I was planning to pay the outstanding balance. only to get a call from MACROBERT INCORPORATED attorneys advising that my account has been handed over.

I have not given you nay issues and anytime when I missed a payment I would pay it with no time. so now MacRobert Attonerys is requesting for R1800 monthly now how do we move from R434.00 to R1800.
i am willing to pay the amount I am in arrears with even tomorrow if possible and continue with my monthly normal installment cause I cant afford to pat 1800 or 1250.00 that Magan from MacRobert Attonerys suggested.

This is bad ..I am totally shocked!!!
