Extremely poor client

Since I reported Standard Bank to Hellopeter on 30 October 2013, regarding repairs to my roof, I received three responses on hellopeter from Patricia Huma promising that they will contact me with a way forward. This remained promises and the damages to my house is getting worse daily. For the latter part of 2013 up to today I became Standard Bank's greatest FOOL.
