Bad service - refusal to cancel my insurance

Both myself and my wife are [were] with Regent. She submitted her first claim and we have been having troubles since November 2013 (claim still not processed btw) and got less than 'amicable' service from the 'claims' manager Craig Francis. Issue resulting (in all cases) from Regent's incompetence (ranging from failure to disclose etc.). So as I am sick of Regent I decided to cancel my insurance with them, only to find that Regent is refusing to cancel it. After 80mins on the phone trying to get to "Cancellations", One of the agents said "You cant speak directly to Cancellations". So now I cant cancel my insurance. I have a right to cancel the insurance and they are refuting this right in relation to the NCA and the CPA.

I will be submitting a complaint to the Insurance ombudsman, the NRC and the National Consumer Commission...

No one... should EVER engage with this 'company'.
