MTN Eazi Recharge

MTN Eazi Recharge via Standard Bank transferred money from my Standard Bank savings.
The Transaction happened from 16/12/2013 at 23h40 to 17/12/2013 at 00h20.

I logged the case on the 17/12/2014 with Standard Bank and has been following up with them since but did not get any feedback from them.

After several calls to the call centre and visits to The Glen and JHB Fox Street Branches, I was told by a call centre supervisor Kaylip that my case will be resolved by the 03/12/2014.

Today 08/01/2014, after three days of calling Standard Bank, I finally got hold of the investigator Venoda Moodley 0116416334.
Standard Bank only requested the transaction logs from MTN on the 03/01/2014 and that nothing has been done from the 17/01/2014 and that I have to wait 5 days for MTN to respond.
