Good day:
my name is thembi id 8309080718080 cell no 0766894269.
i went to the ATM inside the nedbank (ATN NO:437191753) at hans van rensburg polokwane.
i was withdrawing using my standard bank card. it gave me the notification that i had withdrawn R 1700 but the money did not come out it gave me the receipt saying transaction cancelled, institution not available. when i check the balance R1700 was out of my account. when i inquired with the atm assistant he said it will reverse automatically but it did not, he even called a consultant who said the same thing and he told me it will be best if i go to standard bank as i am a standard bank client. i went to standard bank (standard bank square polokwane) they told me it will take 12 working days for the money to reflect in my account as it is two different bank. please assist in this regard as i wanted to pay my son school fees as he is going back to school next week (06.01.2014) and i dont have money. 12 days is too much
