So you client services dept contacts me, tells me to call on wednesday (today) and my money should be paid to me. She says that I must call her back on Wednesday which i do and when I ask for her, she refuses to take my call as she doesnt take calls. That is disgusting.
I DEMAND ACTION - I want my money by the close of business today.
If i do not have feedback by 14:00 today 8th of Jan 2014, I will be contacting the ombud.
