I called Standard bank department last week Tuesday (9/04/2013) to report an unauthorised transaction that happened on my account. I got a case number (5821649) and was told the investigator will call me in 3 days time, Nobody has called me so far. the agent that i spoke to told me he will stop my card and i need to get a temporary card, and he will order a card for me which will be delivered to my branch in 7 days time. i called card divisions to ask if my card has been delivered to my branch and they don't know anything about this. i was transfered to department who don't know anything either. i have been with standard bank over 20 years now i think its now to give other banks a chance since standard bank is disappointng.
