I am complaining about Standard bank Insurance regarding my insurance claim for a geyser.
The geyser was replaced correctly however, the ceiling now needs to be replaced but to date the service provider given the job by Standard bank has not contacted myself and this is after I have followed up 3 times with Standard Insurance via there call centre which takers more than 15 minutes to answer the call all the time I am holding on my sell costing me airtime.
When I get through they confirm the claim is open and make me hold again while they contact the service provider and then tell me that the service provider they have appointed will contact me.
I am still waiting for that call.
Follow ups done on 21/01/2014, 29/01/2014 and 03/02/2014 - still nothing.
Please can rthis be addressed ASAP
