Account paid up, but not allocated

I have had an RCS account for more than 10 years. The account went into arrears at the beginning of 2013. I was paying the normal instalment that was requested, but I could not clear the arrear amount. However, I settled the account at the end of October 2013.

But I still get accounts, and phone calls, from them showing that the account is in arrears. I have sent the details to both themselves and their collection agency, yet still nothing. I was getting calls from them at least three times a day, each one charged of course! And that was after I settled the account!

Please RCS, this account has been closed, I destroyed the card as I no longer wish to have it. Sort yourselves out, please.
