Account closed without reason or notice

I currently have an RCP loan with Std bank. I earn commission and skipped payment for 3 months. I settled the outstanding amount that I fell into arrears with and Std bank continued taking my normal debit order every month for eight months.
All of a sudden my debit order stopped and when I required why, I was told that my account was closed and handed over.
No one can explain to me why an account that was being serviced every month and that was paid up to date was closed.
I have been battling for almost a year to get answers, but to no avail. The only answer I got was that my amount of R267-00 that I paid was too little to cover the amount claimed by a collection agency.

I need to know why my account ended up with a collection agency in the first place because it was paid up to date and I made regular payments via debit order for 8 months.
I was never notified of ANY ARREARS OR CLOSURE OF THE ACCOUNT until I made inquiries as to why my debit order was stopped!!!
Tons of emails up and down and I am still haunted by the collection agents. I was told that the account would be returned to Std bank so that I could resume normal payments, but still no answer.
