Poor Service

I have been called by a call centre agent from DMC, who said his name is Sebastian to say my Foschinni account is in arrears. i made an arrangement with DMC last year on this account and was given a 20% settlement discount, i paid as per arrangement on a Debit order until this account was settled. i then called DMC and requested a settlement letter, the lady that i spoke to confirmed that my account has been settled and they will request foschini to issue a settlement letter which will then be e-mailed to me. i waited for 7 weeks but still there was no settlement letter. when i called DMC my account was still showing arrears, i was told there was a mistake but they will rectify this, the matter will be escalated to the supervisor who will action it urgently. yesterday an agent from DMC (Sebastian) called me to say the very same account is in arrears. i was of because i settled this account a long time ago, Sebastian promised me that he will sort it out before end of business day, till today he has not called me or sorted this matter. i am so disappointed at the service from DMC. can somebody please sort this matter out as soon as possible and get me the settlement letter!!
