In October 2013 i was informed by MFC representative they will collect my car if i don't settle my arrears I settled the arrears in that week and recieved a statement for November stating my account was in advance of R681.30 when the December statement arrived it said I was in arrears of R685.46 in collection cost, when I enquired i was told it was for arrears they had to collect. my question is why do they charge you for arrear collections and why is it done more then a month after your account is up to date, I am not satisfied with the way this is being handled because they just said it is for arrear collections, how can you be in advance and then a month later in arrears, beside this problem i noticed on my October statment I'm being charged for debit amendment which I know nothing about, I want this sorted and respond Via e-mail [Email Removed]
