I have a Standard bank personal loan my account was in arrears I lost my job I was waiting for my retrenchment money to pay out for me to be able to pay my account up to date and just pay my normal monthly instalment. on the 24th my monies was in my account Standrd bank just settled my loan account without any notice or any permission. The amount of R46450 was taken from my account. After numerous calls to Standard bank they just takes all my details and said management will call me back till today no one called me. I want Standard bank to keep the arrear amount and pay the other money back to me as I still have 4 years of my contract left. My loan was taken over 60 months. I also have other accounts to pay up to date and I need those money. Can you PLEASE assist me in this matter. Thank you.
