It was due for my annual house insurance to be debited.
Now this has been debited directly from my mortgage account since i have had the property.
In 2012 they decided to debit my personal account and eventually got it right and credited my personal account and debited my mortgage.
Well once again they debited my personal account in 2013 instead of my mortgage. And they did it on the 12 December just in time for me to have no money for Christmas presents.
Then they credited my mortgage instead of my personal account???
Now they have debited my mortgage but still not credited my personal account? Which means they have taken double.
Even the team leaders are unable to get this correct? I have made so many phone calls its a joke. Probably repeated my id number at least a 50 times, ...( Sorry eh, let me put you to the correct department)
No wonder they trying all these new things, losing customers seems to be the name of the game with them
Come on, can somebody get it right!
