ARREARS ON MY ACCOUNT

I opened the account for the 1st time with them and paid it off within a short period.
Firstly in October I asked for the settlement amount and they made me pay the balance intead of a settlement offer and secondly I was not aware of the credit insurance and lastly i asked them to cancell the insurance the day i settled the account and now its showing that am on arrears.

I settled the account and I dont know what is it that am owing them.
