I HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS WITH LEWIS (SUB 8 & 10) THE OTHER ACCOUNT (SUB 8) WAS SETTLED ON 08/04/2013 AT VEREENIGING BRANCH AND THE STATEMENT INDICATED THAT MY BALANCE IS R0.00. FROM MAY 2013 TILL SEPTEMBER 2013 I FOUND OUT THAT I'M STILL PAYING FOR BOTH ACCOUNTS. WHEN I GO TO THE STORE TO ENQUIRE THE MANAGER INVESTIGATED THE ISSUE AND IN HIS FINDINGS HE DISCOVER THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THE SETTLED/CLOSED SUB 8 ACCOUNT THE AMOUNT OF R 1, 337.39. THIS AMOUNT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE PAID TO THE OTHER ACCOUNT WHICH SUB 10 NOT THE CLOSED SUB 8 ACCOUNT. THE MANAGER FAILED TO ASSIST ME EVEN TOUGH I HAD RECEIPTS FOR PROOF OF PAYMENT THAT SHOWS THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SETTLED.
I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY AM I STILL PAYING THE CLOSED ACCOUNT, IT IS SO DISAPPOINTING AND EMBARRASSING TO ME AS THEIR CLIENT THAT MANAGER CAN NOT ASSIST ME EVEN IF I HAVE A PROOF OF THEIR ERROR ON THE ACOUNT.
I'M PLEADING WITH THE STORE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR TO TRANSFER IT TO THE OTHER ACCOUNT WHICH IS SUB 10
