Please state that ive paid my account

I had an account with identity had arrears but eventually paid it off and closed the account in 2011 but they have failed to clear that with the itc that the account has been settled and it s cause a me a bad name with new creditors all i needed from them was a letter stating that i have settled the account in my attempts of calling ive been sent from pillar to post and no one has helped me all i need is for them to state that i have paid my account
