I am dissapointed by the attitude and the poor service I have encountered with Kingprice Short Term Insurance during the process of my claim. I was in an accident on the 30th December 2012 and immediately submitted a claim that was recieved by Shaldon. Since then I have been making follow ups with him without any joy.
1) He could not be forthcoming with the update on the assessment despite the emails and calls I made.
2) Lying to me about waiting for original documents from Standard bank because I called the bank to verify
3) the Manager (Gean) could not respond to my emails and calls- no initiative form his side as I had escaleted to him as a Manager.
4) I have been to with delays on the part of SMD, I made my follow ups and verified that I have been to as SMD confirmed to have sent all necessary information to them.
5) Shaldon has not been courteous, honest and proactive in informing me of the progress.
6) Today HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!
I am appalled!
