NO REFUND OF OVER DEDUCTION

I am so!!! of Nedbank and their for ever stories. I had personal family health problems in January 2013, and could not afford to pay my loan instalment. I made an arrangement with nedbank to pay the arrears off, and they proposed i pay an additional R 200.00 per month to catch up the arrears. Month end the deducted a double installment PLUS the agreed repayment to catch up the arrears. After daily calls and visits to the bank branch an empty promises i am still waiting, with more promises that sometime today i will have the money. We are talking of over R 3000.00 here. Now various debit orders has been returned due to insufficient funds. WHO do they expect to carry the cost thereof, due to their mis arrangement? THis is sooooo unacceptable, and i will be taking my bussiness of after 23 years away from nedbank, as this kind of service delivery and empty promises are not what i pay for. I cannot believe a word they tell me anymore. I maght add in the 5 years that i have been dealing with nedbank's personal loans this is the second time i skipped an instalment. How many more such good paying clients can nedbank actually afford to loose? Well i am one of them. Very unhappy!!
