Nedbank and I had an arrangement with my personal loan that is behind due to bank account changes on my side. I entered into an agreement with the bank to deduct 1 instalment plus extra R255.00 to cover the arrears.
Nedbank deducted 2 instalments and the extra R255.00 from my bank account, I called the call centre to request a refund, I spoke to a Sibusiso Tshabalala on the 02 August 2013 who said he would request the refund. Today I called them to find out how far the refund is and I was told that the refund was never requested. Get this Whitney Chuene (The agent I spoke to today) tells me that she can see on the system that I called on the 02/08/2013 but she doesn't see any notes.
I asked to speak to a Supervisor guess what, conviniently they were all in a meeting.
This does not look good for Nedbank as they specifically told me that it will take between 24 and 48 hours to process. So I need this money to be refunded to me as soon as possible, I have waited for their stipulated time frame and they have failed their end of the deal. To put the cherry on top the agent that I spoke to advised that she will process a new request which will take another 24 to 48 hours.
