I have no idea why it is easy for Nedbank to debit your account at the end of every month but when they have to pay out they send you from pillar to post. I went to the bank with all the required documents, original ID, bank statement. I filled in the form to surrender my account. a few days later I phoned the call centre to check if everything was fine and was told the ID copy was not clear (I gave them original ID) and that my form was not signed by Nedbank consultant therefore I must go back to the bank and refill in the forms. Mind you printing a bank statement is not free, I will not be printing a thousand bank statements for Nedbank to put back the money in the account they have been debiting. Why didn't they ask for bank statement when they were debiting? I received SMS asking me to resend all the documents and will not be doing so. I want my money paid out on Friday 10 Jan as that is 10 days from submission. I thank you!!!
