Excellent Attitude and Service Levels

I contacted FNB Forex when I initially noticed a mistake on their part which resulted in funds being removed from my accounts twice. The oversight was rectified promptly and efficiently, with the funds being replenished into our accounts by the end of the day.

Thereafter I requested further services from the forex division (two transactions, on 23 December 2013), and both were successfully completed before lunch on 24 December 2013. Impeccable service, thanks to Soraya, Fayeeza and the rest of the team.
