I applied for dept counselling during October it was approved and letters to all my creditors was send to inform them that they should not deduct the debit orders at month end, Nedbank replied that they did receive the documents and that I had to sign the Debit Stop form, and send the document to them in time for the debit order to be stopped, they also acknowledge receipt of the stop order. Take into account that my bank account is also at Nedbank.
Still they deducted the money (Nedbank Loan) from my Nedbank account. Now when I requested for the money to be repaid are they full of stories.
Firstly they requested the date and amount that was deducted from my account, now they want a statement reflecting this transaction, they are at Nedbanks Head office don't they have accesses to my Nedbank account as I'm a Nedbank client. The treatment that one receives from them is pathetic and uncalled for, why are they stalling the process like this, is this the way that a Bank should opperate?
