I initially sent documents to surrender my nedbank policy on 15/02/2013, 10 days later I was told that my id is not clear and also they didn't receive the form which to me is impossible as I sent everything via e-mail. I then made plans to get a clear certified id and sent it on Friday 01/03/2013, now I called them and I am told that my id is still not clear I must go to the nearest nedbank branch with my original id and copy and they will stamp it for me. I do not have time and energy to stand on the long queue waiting for some person to stamp copy of my id. I wanted to settle my debts with the money and I wonder if Nedbank will pay me the interest that is accumulating on a daily basis on my debt. I have no intention of going to any Nedbank branch to have my id stamped as they didn't have a problem deducting my hard earned cash but now that they have to pay me they coming up with stories. Someone is sitting at Nedbank's payroll and not doing their part. I want my hard earned cash in my account not later than 09/03/2013.
